It is almost impossible to talk to anybody in the office when she's hardly ever there the office hours says 8 AM to 4 PM but when I manage to get off work in time to get there before 4 o'clock...

This place is wack. I've had a car towed for being improperly parked, fine if it's the same for everybody. Thing is it's not, people park all over their yards, in the streets and in empty spaces.
