Since September of 2016, we purchased Farleys on 65th and kept pretty much the same menu and employees. We took feedback from the community for the first 6 months and collected data on what people liked to eat and drink. The largest complaint was cost! So we have revamped and simplified the menu to include items that were popular like Roasted Turkey Avocado, Egg Sandwiches, and now Bowls! We have removed unpopular items, but we still do all the old items for catered orders. Each Month, we do new specials, and we keep improving to find what the community craves. We evolve and help the community through charity, sponsorship, catering, and more. Let us get to know you, so we can make the food only the way you like it. Most chains or fixed menu shops do not allow you to customize your food needs based on your diet or allergies, but we understand that finding food you can eat when you are sick or have restrictions is not easy. Specialties
Our primary focus is on Community Food and Drinks. We listen to our customers and produce an affordable community dish for both ends of the spectrum. We are also very serious about making great coffee. We do Cubanos, Dessert Lattes, Matcha w/ choice of Milk, Machiatos, Gilbraltars, Cappuccinos, Lattes with various choices of Soy, Almond, Half-N-Half, or Non-Fat Milk. We make 95% of our ingredients fresh, non-gmo, organic, low salt, low sugar, low fatty oils (except what's already in the product). Cage free eggs, domestic halal meat, premium quality ham, pasture-raised chicken, real turkey breast (non-deli, non-nitrates), home made fresh breads, gluten free breads, home made pastries, and much more. We have our own special blend for espresso and we do seasonal flavors for our drip coffee. We volunteer time and food to nearby non-profit businesses, homeless shelters, starving artists compounds, and starving students working towards a good cause. A good sandwich starts first with good bread. So we make our own breads for the sandwich. We then use real turkey breast meat instead of the deli meats which a majority of them have Nitrates. We make all of our sauces, tahini, vanilla, aioli, goddess, tzatziki, balsamic vinaigrette, mustard, etc... for the sandwiches, salads, or bowls. For catered orders, we need 48hr notice, and we can make items not on the menu. Come in today, and try a sample.
