Debbie McCauley has been residing in Encinitas, specifically Olivenhain, since 1978. She began her career in Real Estate then and has been serving in North County since then. Lauren McCauley was born and raised in Encinitas and after leaving to go to college at UCSB and graduate school at UCLA, she returned and joined Debbie in Real Estate. Debbie and Lauren have the familiarity of North County that only lifelong residents can have.
