The Deane Homes Swim Club is open to members of the Homeowner's Association; non-homeowners are allowed limited memberships. The club features a clubhouse and a swimming pool that's heated from May through September. The clubhouse can be rented for parties, community activities, anniversaries, showers and birthdays.
