History

Dr. Russell Toppi is the Orthodontist and Dr. Gary Toppi is the Pediatric Dentist. Born and raised in Cape Cod, MA, Dr. Russ moved to San Diego in '92 and started his orthodontic practice along side his twin brother's (Dr. Gary) pediatric dental practice in PB off Ingraham St. They opened an office in Alpine October '01 right before they moved their main office from PB to Clairemont November '01. They are even opening a convenient third location in Mission Valley off Friars Rd East Feb 2017!
