Davis Mobile Estates, located right behind the Amtrak Station, with its main entrance on Olive Drive, is a fairly large mobile home and RV park. It is one of the nicer mobile home parks in Davis, with well-kept grounds and plenty of trees. There is a small, private entrance on the Amtrak side that allows access to downtown Davis. The property is owned and operated by Cascade Corporate Management. It leases units out for $495 per month, which makes Davis Mobile Estates a popular place to live because of the relative affordability and the location.

Slatter's Court

Slatter's Court, located off of Olive Dr. and immediately behind the Amtrak Station, rents both cottages and spaces for RVs. The property is a hodge-podge of structures, some of them appearing to be in relatively good repair, while others are more rustic. There is a rental office near the center of the property. Slatter's Court offers a laundry facility.

Rancho Yolo Mobile Home Park

Rancho Yolo Mobile Home Park, located right next to the Fifth Avenue Place apartments, is the nicest mobile home park in Davis, and caters only to seniors. As a "senior citizen" community, it is safe, quiet and secure, with well-manicured grounds and a well-kept clubhouse. The clubhouse offers exercise classes, book club meetings and other social gatherings. Other facilities include two pools (one for residents only, the other for guests), a spa, laundry facilities and a library. The grounds are full of trees with paths running throughout, making Rancho Yolo an ideal senior living location.
