I originally started as an investor wholesaling properties in the San Gabriel Valley and that's when the market stated to turn. I noticed more and more homeowners that owed more than what their house was worth and were getting taking advantage off because of their situation. Due to this happening it inspired me to become a Licensed Realtor and a published Author so I could help every single homeowner.!
