History
Dana holds degrees in Fashion Design and Merchandise Marketing from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco and a degree in International Business from United States International University in San Diego and studied abroad in Oxford, England and Nairobi, Kenya. After graduation she opened a jewelry store in the world-famous Hotel del Coronado in San Diego. In the next years followed the openings of two more stores dedicated to retailing designer shoes and handbags. Alongside designer labels Dana also created the DANA STEIN brand of shoes and handbags. Dana's introduction into the fashion-fur industry began in 2006 when she made a personal purchase of a knitted fur garment. With that, a spark was lit that lead her down a path to eventually launch her own brand of genuine fur sportswear in 2010 that has been described as 'adorable and affordable' .

The Dana Stein Everyday Furs collection has quickly found popularity and is currently available at over 300 fine stores across the USA, Canada and Mexico. Clients love her fun and fashionable fur that is light-weight, glamorous, sexy and well priced. Additionally, Dana personally sells her designs directly to her clients via private charity events, fashion shows, country club events and trunk shows all over Southern California and beyond. Retail prices $95-$1695 with most items in the $195-$495 range.
