Wolfgang Puck's CUT is located in the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, along with the adjoining Sidebar Lounge. Designed by master architect Richard Meier, who is best known for his work on the Getty Center, the interior features distinctive lighting and a chic, modern look. In 2007, CUT was nominated for "Best New Restaurant" by the James Beard Foundation for its menu of steaks, seafood and desserts prepared with that special Wolfgang Puck sophistication. Large rooms with high ceilings and contemporary artwork give this restaurant and bar a wonderfully fresh look and feel. Every Tuesday from 8pm to 1am, a DJ spins in the lounge, providing a fun atmosphere for locals and hotel guests alike. Visit the Wolfgang Puck website for more information about the restaurant and lounge.
