HistoryAbout 3 years ago a close and dear friend of mine passed from pancreatic cancer. Shortly before he died I promised him to help others to say NO to cancer, diabetes or other inflammatory illnesses by eating a healthy diet. This is super important for everybody, but especially for children because often cancer gets initiated during childhood. Addictive foods like sugar and other processed food, which may contain stabilizers, food coloring and so on, contribute to this. They weaken the immune system. What we eat does make a difference! We need heroes breaking the addictive junk food patterns of a nation!! I guess, it is a bit much to take on a nation, but we can start with ourself. I am now totally dedicated to help people live healthier lives. In order to do this I came up with the Better World Cuisine program.
