Crane Realty and Forest Ranch Realty are owned and operated by Jim Crane. Forest Ranch Realty was established in 1978 and is located in downtown Forest Ranch. Crane Realty, centrally located in downtown Chico, was established in 1999 order to better serve our clients in the greater Chico area. Both Crane Realty and Forest Ranch Realty are members of the Chico Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service which enables us to offer you fast and reliable information on the real estate market in Chico and surrounding areas.
