Specialties

The range is open for general public 3 days a week. We have a rimfire side (rifles and pistols in any rimfire caliber are allowed) with 25 yards and 50 yards lanes and centerfire side (rifles only!) with 100 yards lanes. In addition, Coyote Point Rifle & Pistol Club provides basic rifle and pistol training and hunter education classes. The club also hosts various pistol and rifle competitions. The Sheriff has changed the rules on the range and there is no longer any 25 or 50 yard target settings (100 yards only), and it is a rifle only range, no more pistols. Check in is done online,...

Can't believe I never knew about this place. It's not traditional clay pigeon shooting. They have different courses so you you can change it up. I highly recommend.

First place I've ever shot a rifle. Smpd take this range over more than the public even though we paid the taxes to have them to have a indoor gun range at Hillsdale Station
