I started renting the kitchen at Harbor Christian Church In April of 2014. My first class launched on April 7th. Nearly all classes have been filled since I started my little venture. This is a real gift from God.
Specialties
This is a regional cooking class. The USA is divided into 11 culinary regions. We Cook and Eat a different region every scheduled cooking class. We begin each class with a brief history on the region, including important people, indigenous ingredients, and classic dishes. Then we cook a 5-7 course menu together with instruction from the certified chef, Chef Marla. The best part is we all eat together family style, after class. There is usually enough to take home leftovers!! Bring your favorite wine spirits or beverage and join us in the kitchen!!
