The Congregational Church of Sierra Madre is a nondenominational place of worship, established in 1886, shortly after the town of Sierra Madre received its first settlers in 1881. The Congregational Church also has a secondary location, the white-steepled building across the street at 193 West Sierra Madre. In addition to regular Sunday services, Congregational Church of Sierra Madre offers the community a range of special events and outings, summer Sunday school, missionary programs, youth choirs and many other ways to get involved in this faith-based community.
