Con Sabor a Peru's Owner and Main Chef Martin Canova began his culinary journey back in Lima, Peru. His love for peruvian food grew and evolved as he traveled the world. During his years living in Japan, he experimented with new recipes and explored new flavors. This fusion gave birth to his own style without losing what makes peruvian cuisine so unique. He is currently based in Los Angeles, CA where he finally fulfilled his dream of opening his own restaurant. One of our best plates is Lomo Saltado and we are proud to say that we have the best Ceviche in Los Angeles. Here at Con Sabor a Peru, we have been catering Los Angeles for a long time.
