HistoryWe are a Volunteer Hospice We provide information and assess for referral to services. Our staff and volunteers are trained and dedicated to add to the quality of life of clients and their families. We offer or arrange bereavement care, counseling for physical, psychological, and spiritual needs for the client, family, or caregiver. We offer friendly visits to clients, respite visits to their families and care givers. We assist a wide range of clients with life altering illnesses and age related decline.SpecialtiesOur Nonprofit organization provides loan equipment, Medical Supplies, Caregiver Training, and Grief support to individuals throughout the Santa Clara Valley Region. We have two locations the first location is in Santa Paula and is open M-F (9am-1pm) The second is located in Fillmore and is open Tuesdays and Thursdays office location at 642 Lemon Way, Fillmore. They will be open to assist people with short/long term illnesses, disabilities, and those in need of social and emotional assistant.
