History
What started as a small family staffing company quickly grew to almost 900 team members serving caterers, wedding planners, venues, and private clients across Southern California. Then in 2018, Common Sense Events Inc. (CSE) started managing one wedding venue in their local San Diego market. After the initial impact of COVID was felt, and looking for a way to expand how they served the industry, CSE's staffing operations were acquired by a national staffing firm, and CSE Inc. pivoted to provide full scale wedding/event venue management services. Within the first 9 months, they quickly grew to managing 5 venues throughout San Diego County and continue to grow today.
