History
I love being in the kitchen, and in 2005, I entered the State Fair and won several awards, including a Merit in a chocolate contest. I entered for many years thereafter and the final year, took Best of Show in 2 of 3 catagories. My husband and my best friend suggested that I try selling some of my caramels at the SF Underground to see if I could make a business of confection making.
