History
In 2004 two longtime wine industry friends, Adam Webb & Mike Kuenz bought grapes and began their winemaking odyssey. They started Odisea Wine Company to feature Spanish/Iberian Peninsula wines under the Odisea brand. The Cochon label soon followed to focus on the Rhone Valley wines and is named for the larger, French Oak Hogsheads the wines age in. Gardienne des Vignes was added in 2009 to feature and preserve some older varietals in Napa Valley. Eleve Cabernets are produced under Gardienne to showcase unique vineyard sites of Cabernet Sauvignon. The Cochon Tasting Bar opened in January 2017 to finally give guests the opportunity to taste these three unique wine brands made by two great friends.
