Michael has been operating his interior & exterior painting contractor business in San Diego for many years now. Some of his crew are also from Europe and, like Michael, have been trained to a craftsman's level of interior & exterior house painting competence. His wife, Julie, assists with company operations & color consultations. Even his son Jack is out there on the ladders when he's home from college as an apprentice, learning the trade from his father! All this makes Coastal Colors a family team operation, offering personal attention to each client. Michael works on every project with his crew, who are as passionate about their work as he is.

Coastal Colors Painting Company began business after our owner, Michael, had trained & qualified at the London Institute of City & Guilds in England. There, he served a full apprenticeship in the craft of interior & exterior painting, cabinet refinishing & wall covering installation. Now a master of his chosen trade, Michael brings decades of experience to every project, and his expertise is all backed by 20 proud years of service in the US. Serving San Diego, all of North County, and the surrounding areas, we are most notable for our cabinet refinishing services and the quality of our craftsmanship and materials.
