History
The founder of Clean Rays Energy is Mando Burciaga. Mando has lived his entire life in Los Angeles-over 55 years. After graduating High School his love of the outdoors lead him to major in the field of Geology at UCLA. He worked as a staff geologist in private industry and govt. In 2008 Mando wanted to use his skills and energy to help better the environment of Los Angeles so he enrolled in the most rigorous solar training program in the country- a 400 hour course on photovoltaic system design and installation where he finished at the top of his class. He was first certified by NABCEP in December 2008. Since then Mando has dedicated himself to installing the highest quality solar systems possible. But he also acquired new skills and certificates along the way. Most importantly: electrician certification, AutoCad design, building permitting, financing and incentives, and interconnection processing. Having acquired a complete set of solar skills Mando founded CLean Rays Energy in 2013.
