The South Pasadena Senior Center offers basic services for individuals 55 or older. Membership is $18 per person or $27 for couples. The center features weekly lectures, seminars and leisure classes, including bridge, watercolor art, creative writing and line dancing. Senior Cinema Fridays are offered on Fridays at 12:45pm. For more information about activities, check out the monthly senior center newsletter online or at the Senior Center. The Senior Center also prepares meals, and the menu can be viewed online. On-site meals cost $2.25 per meal for seniors age 55 and over or those who are disabled. The cost for people under age 55 is $4.18 per meal. The meals are also available for home delivery, which costs $2.50 per meal.
