HistoryI first established and opened my private practice in January of 2014 - and what a transformative and amazing experience it has been! Since then I have had the true gift and honor of facilitating healing and transformation processes for numerous individuals, couples, and groups wanting to move from suffering and overwhelm, to joy and abundance.SpecialtiesWelcome! I support empaths, intuitives, and highly sensitive people (HSP) in learning to relate to their gifts with intentionality and joy! Being someone who feels deeply and intuitively, does not mean you have to suffer. In fact, you have tremendous capacity for rich and abundant joy, love, peace, and pleasure. I have curated my practice to be a holistic blend of trauma-informed somatic therapy, ecospirituality, expressive arts therapy, animism, depth hypnotherapy, and energy work. Sessions may include talking, journaling, drawing, music, body mindfulness, guided meditation and visualization, sound healing, and journeying, among other modalities.
