The City Manager s office administers and implements the policies and programs adopted by the city council. It also oversees the internal audit program of operating departments. The office manages programs and services, such as animal control liaison, cable franchise liaison, cable public access channel, information technology, league of California cities, media relations and the Orange Unified School District liaison.
