The Ortega Beauty Salon is located in Suite 2 of the Ortega Oaks Plaza across the lot from the Lake Elsinore Market. Opened by Rose Wurtz in 2000 this down-home salon caters to mature women and is a neighborhood staple. The comfortable waiting area features three painted benches, books and magazines.
