This office, based at the New Life Christian Center, is one of 13 offices and campus of Christian Life International Bible College. Its founding ministry is the Georgia-based Roger Houtsma World Outreach Ministries. Caleb Klinge heads the Novato office, the only other one in the United States besides the Georgia headquarters. Most other branches are in Africa, India, Russia and the Caribbean.
The college teaches the word of Houtsma, who ministers in Crusades throughout the world at which "outstanding miracles of healing of every type of disease and infirmity have taken place," according to the college's website. In Novato, the college offers a two-year residential program led by a professor. Field work and internships are part of the curriculum.
The program is designed to help equip people for the work of the ministry, whether it be a call to special service or lay ministry. Degrees and certificates are offered in ministerial studies, ministerial arts and Biblical counseling.
