History
I started the business in 1988, when someone asked me for help with Excel. I was glad to do it, and he was glad to pay me, and a business was born. I took the business full-time in 1991, wrote a couple of how-to Mac books, gave talks at computer shows, created an entire night school Mac curriculum in Beverly Hills, CA, and taught advertising agency art departments how to better use Photoshop, QuarkXPress, PageMaker, and InDesign. I can handle anything that has to do with Macs or iPhones or iPads but I specialize in helping people get more done, in less time, with more fun.
Specialties
I'm a Mac guy. If it's from Apple, I know about it: Macs, iPhones, iPads, Airports, iPods, iPhoto, iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc. Whatever it is, I can help you use it better. A lot better. I provide in-person Mac, iPhone, and iPad support, training, and consulting services in the Los Angeles and Austin areas, and remote Mac, iPhone, and iPad help everywhere in the world. Apple stuff is what I do and I've been doing it a long time. I love what I do and so do my customers. They call me the best Mac, iPhone, and iPad consultant in Los Angeles and I'm not about to argue. Over 30 years in the Mac business.
