You're Going to Love It! How is Wet Cleaning Different? Traditional 'Dry' cleaning isn't dry at all. Your clothes are washed in one of several solvents. Most have some environmental issues. Even those that claim to be 'green' are now under closer scrutiny. Wet Cleaning uses water, but that is where the similarity to 'laundry' ends. We use specially formulated conditioners and cleaning agents along with computer controlled washers and dryers. Your garments are then professionally finished using state of the art equipment that is specifically designed to put your clothes into a like new state. As the saying goes 'you can't do this at home'. Just how environmentally safe is it? First the Wet Cleaning methods and machinery we use actually use less water than traditional dry cleaning methods. The conditioners, spotting agents and cleaners that we use are all certified by the State of California to be non-toxic, most cleaners, green or otherwise can't say that. This is one of only two cleaning methods endorsed by the State of California. How clean will your clothes be? Most of the stains you get on your clothes are water based and will therefore come out better with Wet Cleaning than with solvent based cleaners. Your whites will be whiter, your colors brighter and all your clothes will smell and be cleaner. They'll also feel better against your skin.
