Chopan Kabob features Afghanistan cuisine in an atmosphere of formal dining for both lunch and dinner. The menu is Afghani appetizers of Must-e-Khiar, a mint yogurt dip with bread, and Pikowra, mixed vegetables fried in a flour based batter.
Kabob plates served are either of marinated lamb, chicken, or beef, and or ground-beef. All come with rice, salad and fresh baked bread.
Entrees include Qabuli- rice, chicken, carrots and raisins; Bolani- spiced mashed potatoes turnovers; and Mantoo- dumplings with ground beef, onions, vegetables, tomato sauce and yogurt.
