The North Davis Child Development Center is a private, non-profit, statewide childcare organization managed by CDI (Continuing Development Inc.). It has a number of locations in Davis, all of them associated with an elementary school. CDI Child Development Centers provides daycare (before and after school hours), readiness programs and summer camps for pre-schoolers and elementary students. The North Davis CDC works in direct coordination with the North Davis Elementary School.
The site itself is a large independent building, with two separate entrances. The main room seems to be dedicated mostly to art work and crafts, with a number of other rooms for various instruction. The site supervisor is Jennifer Little-Loveland; she oversees a number of instructors that supervise, instruct, discipline and engage the children that are engaged in the programs. They work with both parents and teachers to create a program that assists school agers with homework, projects and at the same time supplements with additional developmental curriculum.
