Being 3rd generation building contractor, its natural for me to become a Home Inspector. I'm hands on, no one else but me will complete your inspection, so I can be confident the job is done right.

After 35 years in the construction business in California, Arizona, and Hawaii, including owning my own General Contracting business, I'm very qualified to assist you when you need a Home Inspection. I've completed the ITA Home Inspection program, and a certified Home Inspector. I'm based in North San Diego County, but will do jobs in Orange, South Riverside as well as anywhere in the San Diego area. I will work around your schedule when you need pertinent info to help choose a home to buy or sell.
