I started my cooking career in Laguna Beach before working at Quince, a three star Michelin restaurant located in San Francisco.
Specialties
I have been a Chef for the past 15 years, cooking at some of the best restaurants in San Francisco and Orange County. Currently, I combine my passion for the ocean and fishing with food, where I prepare custom meals on a high end fishing yacht. In my free time I love putting together small pop up dinners with our fresh caught fish and local ingredients. When time permits I also specialize in catering events and cooking demonstrations.
