Back in 2005 I worked at a Non Profit Animal Shelter as a lead technician. I had a conversation with a veterinarian and another technician about the need for affordable care/shots for folks. They had wanted and had gear to start up but nothing ever happened. So I basically took the torch & made the connects with business owners and here we are!
