After practicing in the U.S. Air Force as an orthodontist, Dr. Hulsey established his orthodontic practice in Solana Beach. Finding many patients with TMJ pain, he studied alternative methods of health care and established the Holistic Dental Association in 1978, His practice is focused on state of the art orthodontics and TMJ neck and back pain patients. He is a member of the American Assocation of Orthodontists, Holistic Dental Association, and a diplomate of the American Board or Orthodontics.
