Located in Fresno, Calif., the dairy s products include Challenge unsalted butter, Challenge Butter, Challenge European Style Butter, Challenge European Style Unsalted Butter, whipped butter, unsalted whipped butter, spreadable butter, organic butter, Tuscan style butter and Danish Creamery butter. Additionally, it distributes gourmet imported cheeses, Cheddar, eggs, salad dressings margarine, oils, pickles, desserts and stock base. For schools, it provides ultra high temperature (UHT) milk, smoothies and complete nutrition bars.
