Founded in 1982, the California Family Life Center, also known as CFLC, is a private, state licensed, nonprofit agency that serves at-risk youths and abused, homeless and needy children. It operates a ranch for more than 20 girls, as well as provides foster homes for over 130 children throughout Riverside County in California. The agency also offers assistance services to nearly 275 youths for the completion of high school education annually. The California Family Life Center administers the Empower Youth and Planet Youth Program. The agency offers counseling, advocacy, needs assessment, permanency planning, tutoring and respite care services. It also organizes several parenting workshops
