The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, also known as C.A.R., is a trade association that develops and promotes programs and services that enhance members' freedom and ability to conduct their individual businesses successfully with integrity and competency. The association also promotes the preservation of property rights. It represents more than 185,000 realtors throughout the state.
