Rancho Santa Margarita Landscape and Recreation Corporation is a community association based on Avenida Empresa. Home owners of the area are members of the organization, which works to maintain community property and facilities and support the long-term value and appeal of homes and the community. SAMLARC residents receive access to amenities including access to the Lago Santa Margarita Beach Club, as well as trails, streetscapes and parks in the area. Residents also receive numerous benefits through SAMLARC including a voice to communicate, resolve issues and participate in numerous community activities. Residents are encouraged to participate as Neighborhood Representatives and on committees such as the Architectural Review Committee and Covenant Committee.
