The Central California Appellate Program, also known as CCAP, is a nonprofit corporation that works to improve the quality of indigent representation in criminal and dependency appeals. It is a law office that was established in 1987. The corporation works to notify the qualifying indigent parties of the right to counsel, classify attorneys and cases, select and recommend to courts the appointment of attorney and provide training and resource materials to panel attorneys.
