The Ohlone Greenway is a scenic path that runs underneath the BART tracks along the length of El Cerrito. This is a multiuse bicycle and pedestrian trail that covers 2.7 miles in El Cerrito before passing into Albany and on through Berkeley. You will find many runners, joggers, walkers and bicyclists enjoying these paths. The trail features some exercise equipment at various points including pull-up bars and dip bars. You'll also find playgrounds at various points. There are many different varieties of trees and plants located within the park. Notice the markers at various points explaining the type of tree and where it originated from, such as the Chinese hackberry tree, strawberry tree and Norway maple located near the intersection of Potrero and Lexington.
