History
I was working as a statistician for a large aerospace firm. I really loved working with numbers, but I wanted to have my own business and work for myself. I thought of all the things that I loved to do and those that I am good at (not necessarily the same things). Since I love to remodel houses, I thought a career in real estate would be a good fit. Many years later, it still seems like a good fit.
Specialties
I run a small boutique-style business. I specialize in providing excellent detailed service for my select clients. My goal is to inform and educate clients so that they can make the best decisions, whether they are buying or selling. I educate sellers about how to prepare their homes to obtain the highest net price in the shortest possible market time. I educate buyers about VALUE, which is not the same thing as price. I bought my first home when I was twenty years old. It was a tiny house in a marginal area, but it was mine. I was so proud. Over the years, I continued to invest in real estate - often buying homes that were less than beautiful. Some became rental properties; others were refurbished and sold. It taught me many things about construction and human nature. (Like both fiberglass and people can be itchy at times.) As a Real Estate Professional, I work very hard to represent my clients, support their needs and wants, and provide a level of service beyond their expectations. Combining high energy, enthusiasm and a good deal of endurance and humor - (required more often than you might think) - I am knowledgeable about the local market and conduct my business with the highest standard of ethical integrity. Proudly, this has resulted in many pleased clients over the past twenty five years - many who have become repeat clients.
