Constant flooding right outside of my townhome.

Dog poo from my neighbor who I complained about because she refused to pick it up.

You are not allowed to park in front of your garage. As you can see, that was not enforced.

Trash overflown, maintenance request put in 3-4 months ago for the gutter that fell because they don't clean their gutters out.
