Carlton Plaza, a unit of the Family Connection, is an independent, assisted living and memory care community for seniors. The community s apartment features oversized bathroom, emergency call system, individual climate control for heat and cool, kitchen set up and cable services. Its memory care community is designed to meet the special challenges associated with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and other memory-related disorders. The community offers customized resident rehabilitation, including life skills and memory loss programs.
