The Carlsbad Mineral Water Spa draws water from two wells that were established in 1882. The mineral water has properties similar to those found in Germany's Karlsbad health resort, hence the town's, and the spa's, name. Water is available for delivery, or customers may serve themselves. Monthly service starts at $10 per month for a three gallon bottle. Spa services include a carbonated mineral water bath, Roman mud facial, body wraps and massages. Gift certificates are available.
