Our gelato and sorbetto flavors are inspired by Capri’s “garden to table” lifestyle, focusing on seasonal fresh fruit. Using fresh fruit creates a juicy ripe flavor in every scoop. Quality is everything to us, so we import the highest grade pistachios and hazelnuts from Italy. In Capri, drinking espresso is an hourly ritual.
