Gene has been in the building industry since 1974, designing, building, inspecting and estimating a broad range of building occupancies and construction types. He decided to start providing building inspection services in the Sacramento area as result of seeing a need for more qualified building inspection by individuals with a firm understanding of all the major building codes and a broad range of experience in the construction industry over many years.

We are experienced in residential and commercial design, inspection and construction. We are here for buyers who want an inspector who will represent the buyer's best interest by giving them all the facts. We are not here to build accounts with real estate agents.
