Founded in 1982, Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times, formerly known as Camp Good Times, offers a range of entertainment options to children. It is a nonprofit organization that provides cost-free camping opportunities for children suffering from cancer and their families. The organization operates summer and winter camps for cancer patients between the ages of 7 and 18. The company also conducts sibling and family camps, as well as maintains the Apple Canyon Center, which hosts conferences, retreats and meetings. In addition, Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times organizes fashion shows, golf tournaments, tennis marathons and Halloween carnivals. It is a part of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California, which is a nonprofit corporation that was founded in 1977.
