When had the idea of starting an all barrel-aged sour brewery back in 2015. Our permits came through and we began the long journey of barrel-aging. We now have over 100 barrels fermenting and aging. We have 10 sours on tap at all times, and we add new flavors every week. If you are tired of the hop wars ... come on in and try something different.
