Luis Castaneda, Francisco Cornejo and Marcelo Marolla opened Café Vida in 2002 to serve fresh and healthy Latin American fusion cuisine. Organic fruits, vegetables and eggs are used in the recipes. Many dishes are a twist on familiar Latin meals, such as the Soutwest Turkey Roll-up, Organic Brown Rice and Bean Burrito, Mexicali Veggie Burger and the Huevos Rancheros Vida Style. All dishes are made to order, with an array of children's options.
