History
The vast majority of my clients, for the past 40+ years plus, have been non-profit organizations all over the state and many headquartered outside of the State of California. I am one of the few Certified Appraisers, in the State meeting the competency requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) specializing in the appraisal of specialized use properties, such as churches, schools, mortuaries and cemeteries. In addition, having acted as a City Real Estate Acquisition Agent, Developer, Appraiser, Real Estate Loan Broker/Banker, Real Estate Broker and Developer, and as a private Planning Consultant involving many and varied clients, foundations, charities, municipalities, and projects gives me an extremely broad debt of experience and understanding.
